Line of Stylez has the following terms and conditions that apply to the business a client. The following protects both client and business to ensure safety and financial Accountability:

- No additional guest as there is no space In the physical suite. Should you have to have a chaperone or someone to accompany you, they must wait in the waiting area in the lobby.

- Please know that our salon provides shampoo and conditioning for EVERY service! We service a diverse clientele and welcome all hair textures.

- We service ages 13 & older only. If you
should book an appointment for anyone younger than 12 years old without speaking to the owner, your appointment will be canceled. Also, should you arrive with a younger child we do have the right to refuse service. Should we accept the appointment and the child is extremely will loud, we will stop providing githe service and charge half of the selected service. We will also provide a recommendation for another salon.

- We do require a credit card for cancellation purposes. Should an appointment be canceled less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled time your ion card will be charged 50% of the service. For services that require a deposit, the deposit is non refundable and the cancellation fee applies meaning the deposit will suffice for the cancel fee. Should you have an emergency, please contact us! This applies to no-show appointments as well. A grace period of 15 minutes is given, after that time your appointment is a no-show if there is no contact which includes only the business line 602-529-5226 and/or email Line@Lineofstylez.com or Lineofstylez@gmail.com. Instagram or facebook messages are excluded.

- Should you arrive with any open sores on your scalp, severe allergic reaction, or lice. Service will be rejected immediately, you will be charged for the full service, and a cleaning fee of $150 if applicable.

- Only acceptable payments are: credit card, debit card, cash, Zelle, or Afterpay.

-Line of Stylez is not a licensed cosmetologist and will not perform any service that is chemical altering which includes: coloring of any kind, relaxers, perms, and/or texturizing. We take continued education classes provided by licensed cosmetologist when offered and only provide services we are skilled and trained for.

-A right to refuse service to anyone under the influence of any substance who is unable to speak clearly, walk straight, or produces the smell of a substance.

- Any damage caused by the client to the salon suite, tools, equipment, or L’mage studios Public area will be fined directly to the client. With the possibility of reporting to authorities should it be an excessive amount which includes any damage over $200. Should the stylist be assaulted authorities will be contacted and legal action will take place.
